This was my first visit to a neurologist. Dr. Schaefer was very thorough during my examination and spent an impressive amount of time with me. She explained the possible diagnoses and she was reassuring about my prognosis and possible treatment. Dr. Schaefer responded quickly through the portal with the results of my blood tests. Additionally, I received a quick response through the portal about approval for an MRI and Dr. Schaefer worked with my insurance company to obtain approval for the MRI.

Both providers I see are compassionate, caring and professional. I feel like I'm the only patient they have that day; there's never a "rush" to get me in and out. They take the time to listen.
