I'm definitely part of this class, but I have no idea if I received a credit in early 2020. I dont keep bills that old, and my online ATT account doesnt go back that far. Wish we had this info earlier.

I'm in the same position as you. I would like more information about this payment that was supposed to be credited back to me. Been with AT&T for over 19yrs. Hoping someone can help me out with this.

I had my phone change with out my ok, after a few weeks my phone was completely changed 5 times. From 2008 to until 2011. I turned in my phone for a new one, my phone was not sent to to pay for my payments they wanted to charge me 100.00 a month after many months. So for 5 months it was noted and at that time they changed my phone to a much higher price.

I feel you I am getting the same thing done to me and I have not received a refund either or credit to my account. In fact, my account keeps changing every month I have paid over $1000 one month 900 and next month and 765 in fact, since I’ve had this account, I have yet to pay the amount that was quoted

I have been paying for "unlimited data" for many years, and have always been throttled after 16 gigs of data. It has become almost unusable lately. I have never received a refund from AT&T; not unless it was a tiny monthly amount and I didn't notice. They change the amount I pay monthly, and their bills are too difficult to decipher for those of us who don't have loads of free time to spare.

I had 3 phone lines with them. They are dirty rotten thieves. They canceled my contract when I was going through chemotherapy because they were sending my bills to my ex husband's house when they had my correct address to send the bills to and I have bills to prove it. They reported my $475 cancellation fee to the credit agency and I think it is still showing up on my credit report. They are thieves.

That is exactly why I quit them. Our phones would not even work when I had to travel for employment. They would take forever to load the pages

I have had AT&T for many years, including internet service with them and recently discovered that all this time I have been paying for services I haven't been receiving. When I ran a speed test on Google, I found out that I was only getting 0.26 mbps upload and 0.014 mbps on a good day. On several occasions, when summoned to alleviate the issue at hand, the servicemen detailed that we were 2,000 ft away from the proximity of the server & that there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Despite knowing this, they continuously charged me for a service that wasn't available to me apparently (yet when I asked around to see if anyone was experiencing similar issues, I found out Optimum was able to provide services in my area no problem so how is the issue the distance of the servers?). On one of the support request calls, it was told to me that we were supposed to be getting 500 mbps streaming, but we were lucky if we got 0.5 mbps. They have been unrighteously charging me for services every month yet not providing the services that was promised to not only me, but millions blatantly.

I’ve been a longtime customer of AT&T for as long as I can remember. At the beginning of this year is when I terminated my contract with them. I don’t have any old bills on hand showing my data usage or anything but I’m certain that I should be receiving some type of compensation from this settlement as much as I called in about different issues. Hopefully they can go back and listen to recordings and read notes of all this time. It was a total headache dealing with those issues. Hopefully the refund will be worth something.
